This Privacy Policy governs this Website, including the booking and enquiry tools made available on it; other Rejuve websites have their own policies.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect on and through this Website including in any electronic messages between you and the Website. It does not apply to any information you may provide to us or that we may collect offline and/or through other means (for example, at a live event, via telephone, through the mail or as a patient of Rejuve). For avoidance of doubt, if you are a patient of Rejuve, it does not apply to your personal health information obtained during your visits and stored on our HIPAA-secure electronic medical record patient portal. Our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which discusses how we collect and treat health information of patients of Rejuve, is supplied to all patients upon registration. The patient portal is hosted on a separate server and is not part of this Website.

• When you book an appointment, we collect your first and last name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, and the date and time you select, in order to create and confirm the appointment in our practice management system.
• When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you about your enquiry, together with a record that you gave consent and the wording you agreed to.

Please do not submit medical or health details through the enquiry form. It is not intended for health information, and information you provide there is not part of your medical record. Health information is collected at your visit, where it is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), this means we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union (including in the United Kingdom) and we are responsible as data controller of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

Service Providers We Use on This Website

• Zenoti — our practice management and appointment booking system. Appointments you request through this Website, and the contact details you give when booking, are created in Zenoti.
• Customer.io — our email platform. Your name, e-mail address, phone number and appointment details are sent there so that we can send you confirmations and reply to enquiries.
• Vercel — our website hosting provider, which processes standard server request information such as IP address.

These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

How We Use Your Information

If you opt in to receive text messages from Rejuve Clinics, we collect your mobile phone number and the date, time, and method of your consent. We use this information only to send the messages you signed up for and to manage your opt-in and opt-out status.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share phone numbers only with service providers who help us deliver messages, such as our SMS platform provider, and only as needed to operate the program.

Email Policies and CAN-SPAM Act

We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties, and we will not disclose your e-mail address to any third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable federal law.

In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all e-mails sent from Rejuve will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this Website. Health information you provide as a patient is handled under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, not under this Privacy Policy, and the enquiry form on this Website does not ask for health information.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. This Website does not currently run advertising or analytics technologies that would disclose your information to advertising partners. If that changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” choice, and we will honour opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
